RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
Merchandise must be returned within 5 business days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Non-returnable merchandise include final sale products !!!
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send orders back to B'LOVLEY.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Any returned items will be inspected for signs of being worn or any smoke smell, In the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a STORE CREDIT.

Can I change the shipping address once an item is purchased?
Yes,the shipping address can be modified as long as the item has not been shipped. Once the item has been shipped it will only go to the address the customer entered at the time of the purchase. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay in your order's delivery date.
How do I track my order?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on Sunday's or holiday.
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 additional business days for your order to be shipped and delivered.
All express packages are shipped same day if order is placed before 1:00 pm EST. All orders placed after 1:00 pm will be processed on the next business day.
